Looking to bring your fiancé to the united states?

If you are a U.S. citizen and want to bring your fiancé to the United States, you may apply for a K-1 visa, also known as a fiancé visa. This visa allows your fiancé to enter the United States for 90 days during which time you must get married. After the marriage, your fiancé can apply for adjustment of status to become a lawful permanent resident.

To apply for a K-1 visa, you must first file a Petition for Alien Fiancé(e) with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Once the petition is approved, the case is sent to the National Visa Center (NVC), which will then forward it to the appropriate U.S. embassy or consulate in your fiancé's home country. Your fiancé will then have to attend an interview at the embassy or consulate.

The application process can be complex and time-consuming, and it is recommended that you seek the assistance of an experienced immigration attorney. It is important to note that Gehi and Associates is a law firm that provides immigration services, but I cannot attest to the quality of their services or endorse them.
